Menu, prices and availability

• Prices are in Indian rupees. GST and any other applicable taxes are added on your bill.
• Everything is made by hand, so size and appearance can vary a little. Photos are for illustration.
• Items sell out through the day. An item marked sold out cannot be ordered, and prices on delivery apps may differ from ours.

Placing an order

• Orders placed on this website are for pickup at the café you choose.
• Please give your correct name and mobile number. The café may call you about your order.
• Your order is confirmed once the café accepts it. The café may decline an order — for example, if an item has sold out or the café is about to close.
• You pay at the counter when you collect. The amount due is the amount on your bill, including taxes.
• Please collect your order the same day. Freshly made food cannot be kept for later.

Freshness, expiry and storage

• Our food is made fresh every day. Freshly prepared food — pizzas, sandwiches, drinks and other café dishes — is meant to be eaten the same day, as soon as possible after you receive it.
• Packed bakery items carry an expiry date on the label. Please check it and eat the item before that date.
• Store items as their label says — cream cakes and desserts, for instance, in a fridge.
• We are not responsible for the quality or safety of food eaten after its expiry date, later than the day it was bought, or not stored as directed.

Allergens and dietary needs

Our kitchens handle wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, nuts, soy and sesame, so any item may come into contact with them. Veg, egg and non-veg items are marked on the menu. If you have an allergy, tell our staff before you order — we cannot guarantee that any item is free of a particular allergen.

Cancellations, refunds and delivery

Please use this website only to place genuine orders. Do not place orders you do not intend to collect, or try to interfere with how the site works. The name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to us and may not be copied without our permission.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
